If I join FWSA would I have access to the listing of Members' Research Interests if still compiled?

I need to find a potential external examiner for my viva exam who specialises in feminism and the law.

Hello, I am a PhD student and would like to join the Association. I find you payment table a bit confusing. There are two student rates, on at £12 and one at £30 and then a low waged rate at £20. Are these all membership rates? What are these two student rates?

Thanks much.

There is a way around all of this, a woman does not have to work in traditional female roles, like caring and in the public sector. She can refuse to do caring in the family while male family members opt out.

Last decade women gained more jobs, but no progess as they continued to do the same jobs in the workplace that they have done in the home, like caring, cleaning, advice etc.

Now the cuts will shrink the amount of these jobs around. If women dont want to end up at home, then its time to push for true equality in male type jobs. The science and technology industry, green econamy and working for yourself doing D.I.Y type jobs, or even cleaning windows.

Hi Denis,

We don't have a publication. However, we do have a student essay competition each year. The top six entries of each year are published in the Journal of International Women’s Studies.
